This is a picture for akasailorsea's contest. She wanted a Neo Senshi outfit design, and in the criteria, it mentioned about it being easy to move in. Well, I thought, then why not ditch the bows and skirt and have these Senshi wear shorts instead? Thus, my beloved Chibi-Usa-sama is modeling this outfit design. I used a KiSS doll for this design, I did not draw it. I think it was made by someone called "Avi."
